MEET TERRY
HEAD COACH/OWNER
Terry is the owner and head coach of Odyssey Strength and Conditioning, and the heart behind the community that makes the gym what it is today.
Terry’s passion for coaching started from a genuine love for helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves. He believes training should improve your life outside the gym just as much as inside it and that every person deserves coaching that makes them feel seen, supported, and capable.
Odyssey has been built to be more than just a place to work out. It’s a space where people can challenge themselves, make friends, feel comfortable being themselves and enjoy training regardless of their experience or fitness level.

Terry holds his CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, ASCA Level 1, Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 and a Bachelor of Business. He combines his education and experience with a very hands-on and personal coaching style, always focusing on quality movement, long-term progress and helping members get the most out of themselves in a sustainable way.
Members appreciate Terry’s energy, encouragement, and ability to meet people where they’re at. Whether someone is stepping into a gym for the first time or chasing performance goals, his goal is always the same, to help people feel better, move better, and genuinely enjoy the process.

Meet Luke
Coach
Luke brings a calm, grounded energy to the gym and genuinely cares about every person who walks through the doors.
As a teacher, Luke has a natural ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and create an environment where members feel comfortable learning and improving.
His passion for fitness led him to take on a coaching role here at Odyssey, where he combines his love for helping people with his strong interest in health and training.

Luke has completed both his CrossFit Level 1 and Certificate III in Fitness, and is passionate about helping members make long-term, sustainable progress through quality movement, patience, and consistency.
Members appreciate his attention to detail, approachable nature, and ability to explain movements in a way that just makes sense. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or working towards bigger performance goals, Luke creates a space where people feel supported, capable, and confident in what they’re doing.

MEET BRETT
Coach
With a background in professional sport and a lifelong commitment to performance, Brett brings over a decade of coaching experience to the gym floor. He began coaching CrossFit in 2012 and completed both CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, along with specialist qualifications in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Endurance.
Brett also holds a Diploma of Fitness and completed ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, giving him a well-rounded approach to training athletes of all levels. His experience as a Senior Military Physical Training Instructor has shaped his disciplined, results-driven coaching style, with a strong focus on building resilience, improving movement, and delivering real-world fitness.
Whether you’re just starting out or pushing for peak performance, Brett is passionate about coaching Olympic lifts and building mental strength to help people take control of their lives and build a better well rounded version of themselves.
