From Hobart to Greece and back again, my journey reads like a fitness-themed odyssey with a side of souvlaki.

At 21, I rediscovered the magic of movement back in Tassie. With a sprinkle of functional fitness and a hefty dose of determination, I swapped baklava for barbells and was on a mission to become the best version of myself.

Using the functional fitness methodology and through dedication and perseverance, I lost 50kg during my own personal fitness journey. A journey that was not just focused on weight loss but on building enduring strength, resilience and self-belief.

As I continue to chase my goals and aspirations, I carry with me the lessons learned and the realisation that the magic of movement is not just physical; it’s deeply ingrained in the heart and soul. My main goal is to ensure I am fit for life (and can outrun my kids for many years to come).

Join me, as I embark on my next venture – the opening of Odyssey Strength & Conditioning. Here I am dedicated to fostering laughter and improving health.
