If you get stuck, please feel free to head into the gym during opening hours and we’ll help you get moving.

Provide your details

Provide us with your contact details and make sure you’re happy to sign our waiver before getting started.

Book your first session

Visit our timetable and find a session that suits your schedule. Or visit us any time during our Open Gym Hours for a chat.

Arrive Early

Arrive 10 minutes early, where you’ll be greeted by one of our trainers who’ll welcome you to the gym and help you get moving.
